Ansökningar lämnas in direkt till Warwick, och väldigt mycket stöd finns från dem för ansökande och deltagare. De erbjuder abstract writing training och bootcamps (online skrivstugor).

Are you submitting your University of Gothenburg undergraduate thesis during spring term 2024? Or are you an undergraduate student at the University of Gothenburg and have worked on other research projects? Are you interested in getting experience presenting your research to an international audience? Then you might be interested in the International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR), which will be held online on 26th -27th June 2024. ICUR is hosted by the University of Warwick, which together with the University of Gothenburg and eight other partners around Europe form the EUTOPIA alliance.
ICUR connects students from around the world and allows their research work to reach an international and interdisciplinary audience, without the cost and environmental impact of travel. Submission deadline is March 1st. Submissions can be on research in any discipline. ICUR is a supportive environment for you to explore and experience research dissemination and to develop critical skills for research careers and any other workplace. Full support is given to students who want to know more about the submission process and how to write an abstract suitable for an interdisciplinary and international conference.
All training is hosted on the Student Community space on Teams. University of Gothenburg students can request to join by filling out the interest form online (ICUR portal), emailing ICUR@warwick.ac.uk, or emailing the Student Directors at ICURstudents@warwick.ac.uk. Abstract Writing Workshops are hosted on channel 4. Events, and Abstract Writing Bootcamps are hosted on channel 5. Bootcamps - each channel has a dedicated calendar in which the events are organised, but links are sent out to individuals ahead of the sessions, too.
