EUTOPIA Career Workshop: From Studies to Work
For students and the general public
Taking the step from studies into working life can feel both exciting and uncertain. In this workshop, you will gain practical tools to navigate the early stages of your career, explore different paths forward, and find the right opportunities for you.
The workshop is led by Otilia Calfa, an alumna of Babeș-Bolyai University with a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Interventions. With more than six years of experience across both NGO and corporate sectors, she works with youth socio-emotional development, personal growth, and training initiatives to help students transition from university to professional life.
