Servicecenter offers service and support to all students at the University of Gothenburg. We can help you with your GU card, student account, Transcripts of Records and support for university digital tools. If you want to visit us, you will find us at four locations at the university.

December 9: Servicecenter pop-up at Natrium
December 9 9am-3pm, Servicecenter will be available in Natrium/Medicinarlängan to answer questions and help with matters such as GU card, access, contact information and IT-related issues. We have sweets!

IT support will be available at Servicecenter Haga to assist with any issues. You are welcome to visit Servicecenter Haga for support regardless of where you study . IT support will be available at Sprängkullsgatan 19 9am-4pm.
