Things to do before your studies start
This list consists of general information that applies to all new students. There may be additional information specific to your education which you will receive from your department or faculty.

Much of the information on the Student Portal applies to all students, but there is often additional information that is only relevant to students studying at a specific department or faculty. You can find this information at the bottom of the pages on the Student Portal.
When you are logged into the Student Portal with your student account, additional information from the faculty and department your a programme or course belongs to will automatically be displayed.
Disability study support
All students at the University of Gothenburg should have the conditions to succeed in their studies. If you have a long-term documented disability, you can receive disability study designed by a coordinator at the University.
