The Sustainability Section invites you to a panel discussion where students, researchers and professors from various educational programmes share their perspectives on climate change, how their respective fields are addressing it, and what challenges and opportunities they see for the future.

Climate change is not just one issue, it’s many. From health and education to politics, economics, and everyday life, it affects us all in different ways. 

But how do students and study programmes at GU engage with these challenges? 

Workshop Schedule: 

  • 10:00-10:10: Introduction and Background (Kassahun Weldemariam) 
  • 10:10-11:00: Remarks by panelist 
  • 11:00-11:15: Coffee Break 
  • 11:15-11:50: Open Q&A Session 
  • 11:50-12:00: Summary, conclusion and plan for follow up panel
