From autumn 2025, students at the Faculty of Science will be able to apply for an exchange at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.
– We will be able to send a total of 6 students per year to Exeter, and we expect to also receive students from them, says Petra Berglind Örn, responsible for international agreements at the faculty.
– As a student at the Faculty of Science, you have excellent opportunities to go abroad as part of your education. The faculty has exchange agreements with over 100 institutions in 25 different countries, some of which are subject-specific while others cover multiple subjects. The new agreement with the University of Exeter covers many subjects and is therefore open to students from most programmes at the faculty.
– Since we are close to each other in several educational and research areas, I am confident that our students will have an excellent experience and high quality education during their exchange in Exeter. The location in southern England and closeness to the sea and beaches is an added bonus, says Petra Berglind Örn.
The application for the 2025-2026 academic year opens on 10 December. Information about the exchange study opportunities is available on the Student Portal.
