New Group Rooms and a Quiet Room

Published

On 21 October, new group rooms and a quiet room will open in building L1 (floor 2, nearest the reception) at the School of Business, Economics and Law. These new rooms are intended to improve the study environment and offer students enhanced opportunities for both collaboration and reflection.

Group Rooms for Effective Collaboration

The nine new group rooms can accommodate a total of 24 people and are available to students at the School of Business, Economics and Law every day from 07:30 to 22:00.

The group romms can be booked via the student union HHGS: https://hhgs.se/union-office-rooms/

Quiet Room for Reflection and Peace

In the quiet room, students and staff can retreat for a moment of reflection when everyday life feels overwhelming. The room is open to anyone seeking tranquility, inspiration, and peace, regardless of faith or belief.

The quiet room cannot be pre-booked. The "vacant/occupied" sign on the door indicates whether the room is available.

The School of Business, Economics and Law is responsible for the facilities in collaboration with the student union HHGS and Campus Services, and the hope is that the rooms will contribute to an improved study environment for all our students.

Welcome to explore and use the new rooms from October 21st!
