During May, two public defences will be held in the field of human resource management, at which the department’s doctoral students will present and defend their research. Students of human resource management are warmly invited to attend!
The first public defence will take place on 13 May and will focus on the role of HR when major changes occur within an organisation, and the kind of emotional work required of HR staff.

The second event will take place on 29 May and will focus on how the HR profession in Sweden has evolved in the wake of the HR management models that have swept through the corporate world in recent decades.
