In this seminar, Carina Ödebrink, Special Rapporteur in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), presents her mandate to investigate reports of Russian abductions and attempts to Russify Ukrainian children.

In the report Russian Abductions and Deportations of Ukrainian Children, published earlier this summer, she outlines the abductions and forced transfers of Ukrainian children carried out by Russian authorities and presents recommendations to ensure the children’s unconditional return and reintegration.
