The PAUSE scholarship is worth 100,000 SEK and enables at least three months of qualified studies or a supervised internship abroad in the fields of HR, leadership, and the workplace in 2027. The application deadline is October 31.
This year’s scholarship has the theme “Competencies and Work Design When AI Is Introduced into Organizations” and aims to contribute to a better understanding of how AI affects HR, leadership, and the evolution of the workplace.
The scholarship is open to individuals who are currently enrolled in or have completed an academic program. Applicants must be Swedish citizens or foreign nationals who have resided in Sweden for at least two years and are still residing here.
After their stay abroad, the scholarship recipient will share their insights through a written report and a short video in English, which will be published by the PAUSE Foundation.
