Are you a student at GU and want to gain experience of working together with other Europeans on policymaking? Apply to be apart of the European Student Assembly and get the chance to travel to European Parliament in Strasbourg in April 2024. Deadline 5 November.
The European Universities Community (EUC) is a grassroots initiative gathering student and staff from European University Alliances. A key part of EUC is the European Student Assembly (ESA), which each year gathers over 200 students to debate current issues, draft policy recommendations on the future of Europe and advocate them among stakeholders and decision-makers.
In spring 2024, they will be hosting #ESA24. Applications for #ESA24 are now open, and the deadline is coming up soon – November 5, 2023 at 23:59 CET. As a student at the University of Gothenburg, you can apply. GU is part of the European University Alliance called EUTOPIA.
Topic panels and travel to the European Parliament in April 2024

The culmination of this work will be an Assembly gathering at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France from 10 to 12 April 2024.
Accommodation, meals and travel costs are covered
There is no registration fee. EUC/ESA24 provide meals and three nights’ accommodation in a youth hostel. University of Gothenburg/EUTOPIA will contribute a fixed amount for the travel to Strasbourg in April 2024 (likely to be 275€).
