In this talk we’ll discover the 7 components of the Healthy Mind Platter and how you can use it to optimise your mental health. The Healthy Mind Platter proposes a framework for creating and maintaining mental well-being throughout life.

This lecture is part of a series of independent lectures on the topic of sustainable student life together with Feelgood, the student health care provider. Each lecture will focus on a different topic. They will consist of a presentation by an expert from Feelgood, followed by a Q&A and fika. During the fika, it will be possible to speak with the lecturer.
