Call for applications to the EUTOPIA Innovation Challenge for Students

Are you an undergraduate- or master-level student at the University of Gothenburg? Do you want to challenge your creativity and collaborate with students from across Europe? From 17–21 November 2025, the EUTOPIA Innovation Challenges for Students will be held at Vrije Universiteit in Brussels, Belgium. You will work on a creative project together with students from the ten universities within the EUTOPIA alliance.

This year’s Innovation Challenge has been developed in close collaboration with EUTOPIA’s Connected Community on Multilingualism and Diversity and combines lectures and interactive seminars led by researchers from partner universities with discussion sessions involving external stakeholders. The theme is “Challenges and Innovations in Multilingual Societies.”

Eight students from the University of Gothenburg will have the opportunity to participate on site. Students from all fields of study are welcome - no prior knowledge is required, but curiosity and a willingness to engage with these themes will be key in the selection process.
