What the programme offers
The programme combines linguistic theory with applied perspectives on communication across cultures. You will study areas such as intercultural communication, sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, semantics and pragmatics, and translation.
Throughout your studies, you will develop the ability to critically analyse language use in different social, cultural and global contexts. The courses emphasise both theoretical insight and methodological skills, preparing you to work independently with complex linguistic and intercultural issues.
