When motivation runs high, it’s easy to push yourself too far, and over time the line between passion and stress can become blurred. What once felt creative and meaningful can start to feel overwhelming as projects shift from personal exploration to delivering for someone else. Deadlines, expectations and constant evaluation can slowly drain the joy from your work.

In this session on student health and stress, the student health care provider Feelgood, will share insights and practical tools on how planning your process, structuring your workload and setting boundaries can help you stay motivated and avoid unnecessary stress when your passion becomes part of your future profession.
The seminar may also include perspectives from an alumnus, reflecting on the transition from student life to professional practice.

Two hours of inspiration to help you perform, without burning out.

The session will be in English. No registration, just show up.

This session, 9 March, is for programme students at HDK-Valand Campus Steneby. On 18 February there is a session for programme students at HDK-Valand in Gothenburg
