Reconnect to the wireless network on December 10

Published

On December 10, the certificate for the eduroam wireless network will be renewed, which means that the automatic connection to the network will be interrupted. You will need to log in again on your computer, mobile phone and tablet.

On some devices, it may be enough to simply log in again. In some cases, you may need to ‘forget’ eduroam as a network before logging in.

If you have previously connected to eduroam via the geteduroam app or the Eduroam CAT tool, you will need to redo the connection. You can do this now.

Instructions on how to forget the network and connect to eduroam can be found on the Student Portal

Remember to add @gu.se

When connecting to eduroam, make sure to log in using your gus account followed by @gu.se and your password, i.e. in the format gus•••••@gu.se.

If you experience any problems

Make sure to use the correct password. You can test this by logging in to the Student Portal. If you do not remember your password and have a Swedish personal identity number and BankID, FrejaID or eduID you can change the password yourself.
