Speed-friending

We hope that many of you already had the opportunity to meet fellow students, classmates and new friends here in Gothenburg - not the least through the welcome activities our student assistants organised!

However, some of you will perhaps only arrive in Gothenburg in the next days and missed those activities. Don't worry, we have thought of you too! On 11 September, we invite you to our "Speed-Friending" event, where you can get to know many people through moderated questions and switching conversation partners.

How does it work?

You will sign up for one of our two time slots: 17:00  to 19:00 or 19:30 to 21:30 depending on the availability. At the event, you will be able to engage in a series of short conversations with other participants based on questions provided by our moderators. Each interaction will last a few minutes before moving to the next one. Later, you will participate in some group activities that will allow you to meet even more people and keep creating connections.

Do I need to bring something?

No. You just need to come with a great attitude, a disposition to meet new people and your best stories to share with others. However, please make sure to arrive on time so you get the chance to fully participate in all of the dynamics our Student Assistants have prepared for you.
