Who would you like to nominate for the Prize for Internationalization in Education 2026?
Have your teachers or the teaching team at your program/course made an effort to increase the internationalization of education at SA? The effort should have added an international dimension to the education and contributed to enhancing students' global knowledge.
The purpose of the award is to encourage teachers and teaching teams at the medical faculties to work towards increased internationalisation in education.
The award will be given to the teacher or teaching team that, within the past three years, has carried out a special effort to enhance the internationalisation of higher education. The effort should have added an international dimension to their teaching and increased students' global perspective.
Examples could include the development of virtual international teaching components, a new experience of teaching in an international classroom, or initiatives that have promoted student or teacher mobility.
Each participating university contributes SEK 20,000 to the prize. The prize is awarded every other year (even years) over a period of five years.
