Current scholarships

As a student at the Academy of Music and Drama, you can currently apply for the following scholarships.

Agneta and Gunnar Nilsson Scholarship for Studies in Intercultural Relations
Awarded to a highly qualified master's or doctoral student who will be studying abroad. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a Swedish university, college or equivalent institution. The applicant must have established contact with an educational institution outside their own, either through an accepted place or an invitation to conduct research there. Applications are accepted for studies in upcoming semesters/academic years.

  • Amount: USD 15,000

Anders Sandrew's Foundation 2026

Educational grants for young people in the arts.

Albin Hagström Memorial Fund

The scholarships are intended for accordionists and guitarists working in the field of popular music. Applicants must be no older than 35 years of age and Swedish citizens. Groups are not eligible to apply for the scholarships. Applicants must perform as solo instrumentalists.
