IT becomes a part of the Faculty
The IT Faculty will cease to exist as an organisational unit, and its two departments will be transferred to the Faculty of Science. This decision was made by the University of Gothenburg's Board on September 11. While the IT departments' new home will be effective from January 1, 2025, the physical relocation will occur at a later date.
