IT-support in Servicecenter during the start of the semester

During the start of the semester, walk in IT support is available at Servicecenter one half day a week per Servicecenter.

Via Servicecenter, you can get access to some IT support. Servicecenter can help you to an extent and put you in contact with the university IT Support if further assistance is needed. 

Walk in IT support

August 26-September 13, walk-in IT support is available at Servicecenter:

Mondays 1pm-3pm, Servicecenter at Medicinaregatan 20B
Tuesdays 1pm-3pm, Servicecenter Pedagogen, Västra Hamngatan 25
Thursdays 1pm-3pm, Servicecenter Näckrosen, Humanisten, Renströmsgatan 6
Fridays 9am-12pm, Servicecenter Haga, Sprängkullsgatan 19

We can help you with:

  • Login and access to university tools and software Inloggning och åtkomst till universitetets tjänster och programvaror
  • Instructions for downloading university software
  • Access to the university wifi eduroam 
  • MFA - multifactor authentication for access to your student email and other Microsoft tools 

We cannot help you with: 

  • Issues with your personal computer/phone/tablet
  • Updating your personal computer/phone/tablet
  • Installation of university tools and software on your personal computer/phone/tablet. We can give you instructions, but we cannot do it for you. 

Via Servicecenter kan du få hjälp med viss IT-support. Servicecenter kan hjälpa till med en del saker och förmedlar annars kontakt till universitetets IT-enhet för vidare hjälp.
